I asked if there was a Casco certificate for sure and if I could look at it, or rather get a copy of it. The owner crossed out this phrase, wrote by hand that there is a Casco. Then he showed a dull, unreadable copy of something from the Allianz insurance company, I asked to show it in normal quality. They showed me another certificate on the phone screen, but they didn’t let me read it, they started to freak out and returned the money. Since it was Saturday, we could not rent a car at other rental locations. I believe other rental locations work as well. This is a lot of risk when renting, be careful.
