★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Köy Türkiye'nin ilk ve tek biyosfer alanı içinde. Dağın karşı yamacı Gürcistan toprağı. Ulaşımı Borçka'dan ortalama 1 saat 20dk civarı sürüyor. Sonbaharda yol manzarası mükemmel. Renklerin ağaçlardaki dansını izliyorsunuz. Kışın zaman zaman kar nedeni ile kapanıyor. İsmini merkeze bulunan ahşap Camiden alıyor. Eski doğal afet sonucu yıkılınca yöre halkı kendilerine ait olan yerlerdeki ahşapları sökerek cami yapımı için vermiş ve Arhavi'li ustalar tarafından tekrar yapılmış. Çok güzel ahşap işçiliğini görebiliyorsunuz.
Turkey's first and only biosphere in the village area. Georgian soil on the slope against the mountain. Transportation from Borcka takes approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. The road views in the fall were excellent. You watch the colors dance in the trees. In winter it occasionally closes due to snow. Named after the wooden mosque in the center. When it was destroyed as a result of the old natural disaster, the local people removed the wood from their places and gave it for the construction of the mosque and rebuilt by the craftsmen of Arhavi. You can see the beautiful wood craftsmanship.

It is a beautiful piece of local architecture and materials. The mosque was built by the Ottoman sultan in 1819, I attached its certificate to the photos. It has been recently restored again. The imam was the chair that caught my attention the most

An interesting wooden mosque. They say it's more beautiful before restoration. It's good to come and see.
