It was built by Alaeddin Eretna, the founder of the Eretna state, in 1348 AD. Who knows who worshiped this mosque, built 750 years ago. Therefore, it gives peace to worship in this mosque. If anyone falls to Kayseri-Yeşilhisar, do not leave without visiting.

Bu yönleriyle Anadolu’nun tekrar Türk ve İslam olmasında büyük hizmetlerde bulunmuş kadim bir medeniyettir. Türk ve İslam Tarihimiz için oldukça mühim yer tutmalarına rağmen Eretna Devleti, hakkettiği bilinirlik ve itibarı görmemektedir.
Yapı; 14. yy beylikler dönemine ait mihraba paralel 3 sivri kemerle geçilen 5 neften oluşan çok ayaklı camilerdendir.
It was built in 1348 by Alaaddin Eretna, the 1st ruler of the Eretna State in the Yeşilhisar district of Kayseri. The Eretnas are the Turkish State that saved Anatolia from the Mongols invading Anatolia.
With these aspects, it is an ancient civilization that has done great service in making Anatolia Turkish and Islam again. Although they hold a very important place for our Turkish and Islamic History, the Eretna State does not see the recognition and reputation it deserves.
Structure; It is one of the multi-legged mosques consisting of 5 naves crossed by 3 pointed arches parallel to the altar from the 14th century principalities period.
