It is a site located on the Istanbul road, where there is a children's park and a hiking trail. There are parking spaces inside and outside the site.

The location is very close to everything very convenient in terms of school, market, buffet, mosque and transportation, the residents of the site are very very good people, home prices and rents affordable. The only shortage I wish the apartments had been a large 20m2.

If my dear cousin did not live on this site, I would not set foot. The bullshit of a contractor who can't think of building a 5.6-floor apartment and building an elevator.
