★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had such a good time here great swimming pools and spa. The breakfast and dinner buffet’s (which are included with your booking) were very varied and delicious. However, rooms are average and we had a problem with the AC in the room some nights we found it hard to sleep so we asked for it to be fixed (multiple times)but were told that it works for 4 hours and takes a rest for an hour. At the time we were staying at the resort it was full of families and kids which could be unpleasant if you are looking for some time to relax. Staff are helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is going in the wrong direction. I visit every year and it is going worse and worse. In my latest visit, the A/C was not working. We called numerous times and the technician came twice and did nothing. Imagine cold air blowing after the hot bath you just had.
Where have you seen a hotel that asks you immediate payment when you check in? This is ridiculous! And when you check out they ask you wait half an hour so that they check the room. We were accused of opening a chocolate box in the refrigerator. Amazing! If you are checking this after our stay, why don’t you do this after the previous customer too? We have not touched the refrigerator. Then we were asked to write a statement :) How funny!
The food was not as good as the previous years. The soup... so tasteless, so worthless.
The hotel lobby is smelling heavy smoke. People who smoke supposedly “outside” cause the smell to fill in the lobby by opening windows and doors. What is the point?
It seems like the tea/coffee time (5pm) is put intentionally just before the dinner (6:30pm). Why can’t they do this earlier like 2pm so that you will not be eating sweets just before dinner?
The drinks and coffee served in the lobby is overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is quite good, but, in my opinion, cannot be considered a 5 star hotel!
I think it should be considered 4 stars.
The hotel is clean and neat, but it’s level of service goes in line with 4 stars hotels, not 5 stars!
One of the things that made me write this is the restaurant and food services there!
It’s quite poorer than a 5 stars hotel should be; in a 5 stars hotel, you expect having fresh bread, poğaça, simit.. etc. but this is not the case here! During breakfast, you expect to have your own omlet, not a large plain omlet that is cut into pieces and distributed!
In your room, a 5 stars hotel would present you a wide selection of TV channels including, not 25 or so channels that are all Turkish except for 4 English news channels and an italian channel.. and ALL are free channels that can be found among hundreds others in every house in Turkey.
At least, add channels like Discovery or National Geographic channels for example!!
The spa and pool are quite good. I was astonished thought that they still charged some of us for taking head covers (they are mandatory by law for swimming in Turkey).. this was a little bit silly in my opinion!
I would come again to this hotel if I ever visit this area in the future , but the thing is that I believe it should be considered 4 stars, no 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont let the stars fool you. It may be registered as a 5 star hotel but i would not even give it 1 star. Rude personal no respect for the clients i was never threated like this before the spa personal yelling at me??!?! At a 5 star hotel unbelievable. I wil never come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have came to this hotel 2 years ago, and it was nice, now I came in corona time to relax it was crowded during the weekend, In the week days the play ground is closed then i asked them to open it they open it and the employe and it is really cold and we go to the swimming pool and the water is cold they said this is the same temperature but it is really clod they close it because the number of visitors is small. Also they called me three times to change the place of the car because they were doing some maintenance now they called again and harass me again to change the place again. And from the morning they are annoying us with the maintenance that they are doing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was clean and its view was on the mountain. But lets talk about the facilities, the bed need to change it was uncomfortable, also the shower was leaking out side.
I order a burger from the restaurant it was sooooo bad.
But the buffet was not bad.
