Location of the hotel very close to the airport but not enough lighting around the hotel.

Die von mir gestellten Fragen wurden am Telefon mit Ja beantwortet. Nachdem ich in mein Zimmer gozogen war, gab es manche Teil dessen im Zimmer und manche nicht was sie am Telefon besprochen haben. Sozusagen sie sind viel versprechend. Minus Punkte über das Hotel ( residence) - Raucher Zimmer! -absolut nicht Familien freundlich - sie haben keine Fremdsprachen Kenntnis! -Kein Zimmer Service -Warm Wasser manchmal funktioniert manchmal nicht. Sozusagen duschen kannst du vergessen! -Klima bzw. Heizung funktioniert nicht ! Ich wurde erste Nacht krank. -Zimmer Service -Minibar ( gibt es nicht) -Handtuch wie Seife nicht verfügbar -Keine Fenster zum lüften das Zimmer - Aufzug funktioniert nicht -Fernseher funktioniert nicht - kein Wasser Kocher wie Tee oder Kaffee NOT AUSGANG MIT SPERR MÜLL GELAGERT. I stayed when I went to Kayseri. Since it was newly opened at that time, they had a lot of shortcomings, there was no mini bar or something in the rooms, but the cleaning was very good, the staff was friendly and good.
