К своему несчастью - пришлось иметь дело с этой турфирмой 2 раза! надеюсь последний…… Не владеют информацией о ситуаций в гостиницах в которых заселяют…. Беспомощны или просто не хотят….решать вопросы возникшие в гостиницах…. Нет никакой поддержки в решений возникнувших проблем и вопросов во время отдыха….. В общем это становиться типичным практически для всех вам подобных….. когда я еду отдыхать и вы берете помимо моих средств на себя обязательство….как минимум обеспечить постоянную связь с вами и вашими партнёрами для решения возникших вопросов а не ходить и искать интернет или ездить за 15-20 км покупать сим карту….как максимум...чтобы ваш клиент не решал нестыковки и грубые, безответственные отношения к себе со стороны гостиниц….. в конечном итоге данные указанные в ваучере - филькина грамота которой подтираются все кому её показываешь….. ну и то что забирают из гостиниц за 6 часов до вылета чтобы 2 часа держать на заправке друзей чтобы что то купить...это просто уже….не знаю как называть….

По прилету в Анталии, сели в бус фирмы для трансфера в гостиницу. Водитель так аккуратно складывал чемоданы, что у одного сломал ручку. На мои возмущения просто понимал плечами. Девушка-гид, которая сопровождала нас , сказала чтобы мы рассказали всё представителю фирмы в отеле и он всё решит. Водитель даже не извинился, впрочем, как и никто другой. Мы встречались с предстовителем в пятницу, подали письменно жалобу с просьбой о решении данной проблемы, но сегодня уже вторник, а ответа нет. Не оставлю этого просто так из принципа. Если ничего не решится еще день-два, обращусь в полицию и к адвокату. А там уже будут и моральный ущерб за испорченный отдых, и затраты на адвоката, и в случае надобности- судебные затраты. Они привыкли, что люди приезжают на 1-2 недели и потом уезжают плюнув на всё. Посмотрим что будет на этот раз. Напишу позже, чем всё закончится.
Upon arrival in Antalya, we boarded the company bus for transfer to the hotel. The driver was folding his suitcases so neatly that one broke the handle. To my indignation he simply understood with his shoulders. The girl-guide who accompanied us told us to tell everything to the representative of the company at the hotel and he would decide everything. The driver didn’t even apologize, just like no one else did. We met with the representative on Friday, filed a written complaint with a request to resolve this problem, but today is already Tuesday, and there is no answer. I will not leave it just like that out of principle. If nothing is decided for another day or two, I will contact the police and a lawyer. And there will already be moral damage for spoiled rest, and costs of a lawyer, and, if necessary, court costs. They are used to the fact that people come for 1-2 weeks and then leave, spitting on everything. Let's see what happens this time. I'll write later than this is over.

O experienta de kkt cu aceasta companie de turism. Nu au deloc respect pt clienți, am avut parte in Antalys de un ghid ordinar, pe nume Alex care pt a incasa comisioane ne-a mintit verde in fata pt a ne face sa cumparam servicile turistice , am pus botul la o excursie de Rafting si l-am intrebat in mod insistent cat dureaza excursia respectiva avand un copil de 4 ani respectiv unul de 6 ani, mi s-a spus ca 4 ore iar eu am petrecut plecat cu copii prin soare peste 9 ore jumate (FMM Alex de zdreanta ca imi aduc aminte ce am patit cu copii) iar cand l-am sunat mi-a spus cu nonsalanta ca mi-a spus ca dureaza 9-10 ore Vrajeala ordinara ca asigurarea medicala nu este valabila daca desfasori activitatii de orice fel si nu este organizata de compania Calypso Tour ca sa realizez mai tarziu ca excursia la Rafting m-a costat 75€ un adult si 2 copii ca ulterior sa primesc oferta din afara hotelului 20€ adult, 10€ copilul de 6 ani si cel de 4 ani gratuit Fiți foarte atenți, va mint pe fața pt a va agata de clienti iar apoi se pisa pe voi cu jet, alti turisti i-am auzit ca au patit ceva similar cu Croaziera pe iaht. Cursele aeriene intarzie cu regularitate, azi 2 turisti din Arad cu care am vorbit li s-a spus sa astepte autocarul pt a pleca spre aeroport la ora 11 si era ora 14 si ei erau in receptie, asteptau ca prostii si nici macar nu au fost anuntati. Recomandarea mea fugiti ca dracu de tamaie de aceasta companie de turism care pune mai presus de clientii comisioanele financiare
A kkt experience with this travel company. They have no respect for customers at all, we had in Antalys an ordinary guide, named Alex who to collect commissions lied green in front of us to make us buy tourist services, we put our mouth to a rafting trip I asked him insistently how long the trip lasts with a 4-year-old and a 6-year-old child, I was told that 4 hours and I spent with the children in the sun over 9 and a half hours (FMM Alex of rags that I bring remember what I suffered with children) and when I called him he told me nonchalantly that he told me it lasts 9-10 hours The ordinary spell that the medical insurance is not valid if you carry out any activity and is not organized by the Calypso Tour company to realize later that the Rafting trip cost me 75 € an adult and 2 children to later receive the offer from outside the hotel 20 € adult, € 10 for a 6-year-old and a 4-year-old child for free Be very careful, I lie on your face to cling to customers and then they grind on you with a jet, other tourists have heard that they suffered something similar to the yacht cruise. The flights are regularly delayed, today 2 tourists from Arad with whom I spoke were told to wait for the bus to leave for the airport at 11 am and it was 2 pm and they were in reception, waiting for nonsense and not even being notified. My recommendation, run away like hell from this travel company that puts financial commissions above its clients.

Very low services. They sell us 4 rooms at a 5* hotel in Antalya trough their romanian tour operator Prestige Tours. When we rich yesterday evening at the hotel we had the surprise from reception that they give us rooms in an anexa of the big hotel, across the street. Here was another hotel from the same hotel chain That is 4*, selled as 4* by Tez tour,  Tui and other big tour operator. When we spoked with the reprezentant of Calypso,  she didn't try to solve the problem and said to us face-to-face that this is the situation and they are not gonna change our rooms. Avoid this tour operator, they don't care about the customers, only to sell their tickets and after that... "God have mercy"

A star is faaar to generous for this company. We took a trip from Antalya to Pamukkale. The journey was very long(I guess this is not their fault!) however, we only spent 2 hours there. We did not had time to explore everything and it was disappointing. On the other side, we stoped in various locations where we were invited to buy very low quality things absurd prices(ex the bottle of wine on the wine tasting was €22 and only 5€ in the supermarket as we had the chance to check the next day!) the shop keepers very rude! I never felt so disgusted! They really put me off! I felt robbed! We traveled to Turkey in a group of 10 people but we all agreed will never go back there!

No customer centricity. We brought to their attention all the conditions from the hotel that were not meeting the description initially offered: small rooms, not enough beds (at least not what we booked), poor cleanliness, NO Internet connection (Internet was barely working in the reception, nowhere else), for the last part of our holiday the air con stopped working as well. We explained to the agency and to the hotel staff that we don’t want nor need any room upgrade, we just want what we paid for. Calypso just didn’t care or bother to answer our calls or texts resulting in a disastrous holiday! Thank you Calypso for the great experience that will be our last as well with you.
