Halbuki işlemi İnternet üzerinden yaptırtabirlerdi. Engelli ve yaşlı insanları saatlerce ayakta bekletmemiş olurlardı. Ayrıca Antalya gibi bir şehir için sadece 2 kart merkezi olması çok az. Çok mağdur olduk hepimiz. Çok kötü hizmet
