The motor of my hood was broken and they replaced it.. But they delivered it without tightening the loosened screws and without gluing the part that was glued with double-sided tape. The double-sided tape was not in place when we gave it, but they could have taped it and paid for it. Unfortunately, I did not like their workmanship.
