★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 defa bilgisayar alışverişi yaptığım fakat ilkinde memnun olup, bilgisayarı alırken yaptıkları 80 liralık indirim haricinde, ikincisinde özellikle ürün elime ulaştıktan sonra hiçbir destek alamadığım firma. Sattıkları ürünün arkasında durmuyorlar. Umurlarında da değil.
Donma problemi olan bilgisayar tarafıma faturasız olarak teslim edildi. Teslim etmeden üzerinde kalan yağ lekelerini ve bazı parmak izlerini temizleme gereği duymamışlardı. Mousepad'in erafındaki plastik kaplama kısımda yapışma ve toz toplama sorunu var.
Chipset driver ile ilgili olduğunu anladığım problemi uzun süreler uğraşarak kendim çözdüm. Zaman ve emek kaybına neden oldu. Çözüm üretmek için 2 hafta uğraştım.
Alışveriş yapmayın.
Edit: Sorun çözülmedi, uyku modundan sonra devam ediyor.
The company that I have been shopping for 2 times but is satisfied with the first one, except for the 80 lira discount they made while buying the computer, in the second one, especially after I received the product, I could not get any support. They do not stand behind the product they sell. They don't care.
The computer with a freezing problem was delivered to my side without invoice. They had no need to remove any oil stains and some fingerprints left over before surrendering. There is a problem of adhesion and dust collection in the plastic coating part of the mousepad.
I solved the problem I found out about the chipset driver by trying for a long time. It caused time and effort loss. I tried 2 weeks to come up with a solution.
Don't shop.
Edit: The problem is not resolved, it continues after sleep mode.

I shopped 2 or 3 times. When I enter this business, I do not come out. A business that provides customer satisfaction while dealing with my computer, I highly recommend it. It feels like it is in my own place as it approaches with the logic of a guest rather than a customer. Thanks for everything. May Allah grant you prosperous profits.
