Cakir Insaat

Mahmutlar Alanya Turkey - We and a lot of others bought an apartment off-plan from New Home In Turkey / Cakir Constructions. There are 4 projects in total - Alanya Beach Resort 5,6,7 and 8 in Mahmutlar. We paid, and got nothing! The construction company Cakir Constructions (Cakir Insaat) stopped working on the projects, nothing has happend for past 12+ months. No information to byuers, they refuse to answer calls and emails etc etc. They are arrogant and unfriendly, and even threatening buyers who give them bad publicity i.e go public and tell the truth. They refuse to refund our money. Whish I've never got in touch with them! Do NOT buy anything from them ever! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! They have serious financial issues, the company doesn't have any money, assets or property - it's empty! Bancrupsy is the next step. PS the Cakir family owns/controls New Home in Turkey (property agent). The Cakir family also owns the construction company Cakir Constructions.
