Must try Sevket-i Bostan which is made by a rare vegetable with the same name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two times I tried to go to this restaurant but I felt not welcome as I was alone. I asked how much time I had to wait to get a table and they ignored me. They just want large groups to get more money. Poor service. The worst I have seen in Turkey.
