Nişan günü geldiğinde bizim pastamızı başkasına verdiklerini söylediler. Savunma olarak da 'siz sandık' dediler ve üstümüze yürüdüler. Ne kayıt alınmış ne bir şey. Kavga gürültünün sonunda pastayı verdikleri kişiye bir şekilde ulaşıp pastayı bize verdiler. Eve gelip pastayı kestiğimizde pastanın çilekli ve damla çikolatalı olmadığını gördük. Biz hayatımızda bu kadar işini özensiz ve saygısız yapan bir kurum görmedik. Kesinlikle dükkanın önünden bile geçmeyin. Pişman olursunuz.
We talked to them about the engagement cake. We told the cake to be with strawberry and chocolate chips, we paid half the price and left. When the engagement day came, they said they gave our cake to someone else. As a defense, they said 'you thought it was' and marched towards us. No recording or anything. At the end of the quarrel, they somehow reached the person to whom they gave the cake and gave the cake to us. When we got home and cut the cake, we saw that the cake was not strawberry and chocolate chips. We have never seen an institution that does its job so carelessly and disrespectfully in our lives. Never even pass by the shop. You will regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kendileri çok düzensiz, kayıtsız çalışıyorlar. O kadar düzensizler ki, bizim pastamızı, benzer pasta siparişi eden birine vermişler ve ne telefon ne isim almışlar. Ve asla bir özür dahi dilemediler. Hatta daha da ileri giderek bizi ve pastayı alan müşteriyi suçlayıp neredeyse üzerimize yürüdüler. Sonrasında diğer müşteri pastamızı getirdi. Akşam nişanımızda pastayı kestikten sonra sipariş ettiğimiz üzere içerisinde çilek olmadığını da gördük. Diğer müşterilere tavsiyem asla buradan alışveriş yapmayın. 100 200 TL fazla verin ama büyük kurumsal yerlerden alışveriş yapın, en azından kafanız rahat olur ve azarlanmazsınız.
They themselves work very irregularly, indifferently. They are so disorganized that they gave our cake to someone who ordered a similar cake and they did not receive a phone call or a name. And they never even apologized. They even went even further, blaming us and the customer who bought the cake, and almost walked over us. Then the other customer brought our cake. After cutting the cake for our evening engagement, we also saw that there was no strawberry in it as we ordered. My advice to other customers is never to shop here. Give 100 200 TL extra, but shop from big corporate places, at least you will have peace of mind and you will not be scolded.
