Ankara'daki Samsun servisine telefonu goturdugumde telefondan Ses Entegresinin sokulup yerine takilmadigini soyledi.
Cagri iletisimi arayip durumu ilettigimde entegrenin 50 tl oldugunu bunun icin onu aramamami soyledi.
Ticari ahlaktan yoksun oldugunu dusundugum bu isletmeye telefon teslim ederken lutfen bir daha dusunun.Bu isletmenin sahibi tamirden anlamadigi gibi sebep oldugu zarar icin ozur bile dilememis kaba , insanliktan da esnafliktan da nasibini almamis bir sahistir
On November 3, I left my phone at the Call Communications shop in Bodrum for the fast charging problem of my Samsung Note 9 phone. I took my phone back the next evening, as I saw that the problem still persists and could not fix the problem. Before I left the shop, I saw that there was no sound from the phone, and I came back for it to be repaired. I gave it to Bodrum and then I left Bodrum by taking my phone with sound failure.
When I brought the phone to the Samsun service in Ankara, they said on the phone whether the Sound Integrated was inserted or not.
When I called the call communication and conveyed the situation, he said that the integrated fee is 50 TL, so I should not call him.
Please think again when delivering a phone to this business, which I think lacks commercial ethics. The owner of this business does not understand the repair and is a rude person who has not even apologized for the damage he has caused, and has not had his share of humanity or tradesmanship.
