★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İkinci kez sıkıntı yaşatan problemle karşı karşıya kaldığım için yazıyorum. Aldactone-A ilacımı artık depolarda bulunmadığı gerekçesiyle alamadım ve 1 hafta sonra başka eczaneye gittiğimde rahatlıkla buldum. Bunun dışında 1 hafta önce raporlu ilaçlarımı almak üzere gittiğimde, artık o iş bitti yazdırıp alıyorsunuz cevabıyla karşılaştım. Gidip ilacı yazdırdığımda ise aile hekimi prosedürün değişmediğini ve eczaneden ilacımı yazdırmadan alabileceğimi söyledi. Sonrasında ise başka eczaneye gittim ve 5 dakikada işim halloldu. Çok çaresiz değilseniz uğramanızı tavsiye etmem.
This is the second time I am writing because I am facing a troubling problem. I could not buy my Aldactone-A drug on the grounds that it was no longer available in warehouses, and I found it easily when I went to another pharmacy 1 week later. Apart from that, when I went to take my medicines with a report 1 week ago, I was told that the job is finished and you are getting it. When I went and printed the medicine, the family doctor said that the procedure had not changed and I could buy my medicine at the pharmacy without printing it. Later, I went to another pharmacy and my job was done in 5 minutes. If you are not very desperate, I would not recommend you to stop by.

I went in, there are 3 officers, some are counting money, some are dealing with the computer, I waited for two minutes and left when nobody was interested. I guess they think we are worthless because they are alone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 25.01.2021 tarihinde 15.15 de Eczaneye gittim. İçeride 5 çalışan, 2 müşteri var. 2 çalışan banko arkasında bilgisayarda bir şeyler yapıyor. Diğer müşteri işlemini bekliyor, ben bekliyorum ! 3 çalışandan birisi bile ne istediğimi sormadı ! Ki sormamalarını gerektirecek bir meşguliyetleri yok. Biraz bekleyip işimi halletmeden çıktım. Genel tavır hiç hoşuma gitmedi. Belki başka müşterilerine farklı davranıyorlar olabilirler. Ben bir defa gittim bir daha tercih etmem.
I went to the pharmacy on 25.01.2021 at 15.15. There are 5 employees and 2 customers inside. 2 employees are doing something on the computer behind the counter. Waiting for other customer transaction, I am waiting! Not even one of the 3 employees asked what I wanted! They do not have a preoccupation to not ask. I waited for a while and left without doing my job. I don't like the general attitude. Maybe they're treating other customers differently. I went once, I will not choose it again.
