★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ödeme yaparken mutlaka döküm isteyin. Döküm verdikleri kağıtların arkasında başka hastaların reçeteleri, isim, kimlik numarası vardı. Ödemeye ekleme yapmışlar. Fark ettiğimizde "3 lira için mi" diyerek azarladılar. Kendileri 3 kuruşluk kağıt için başkalarının bilgilerini dağıtıyorlar. Haksız aldığı bedeli talep ettiğimizde rahatlıkla suratımıza atar gibi yapıp "Bir daha buraya gelmeyin, sizi görmek istemiyorum" dedi. Devletin ödediğinin parasını fazlasıyla hastadan talep ediyorlar. Her yerde eczane var, biz zaten bir daha orayı tercih etmeyiz. İlaçlar bir haftada sisteme geçmedi. Hasta halimizle bir de bunların saygısızlıklarıyla uğraştık. İnsanlara nasıl hitap etmeleri gerektiğini bilmiyorlar, tavırları son derece saygısız. Daha önce başımıza böyle birşey gelmedi.
