Finally found a “Real Coffee in Turkey”. I’m trying to find a place to have a decent Latte in Turkey for the past 6 years. We live in New Zealand, we own a Café over there, and we come to Turkey almost every year for holidays, and one off the horrible things about leaving NZ and come to Turkey for me is be without my good coffee! NeroCaffè has a Sublime Coffee!!!! Even better than many places in NZ. The service is superb! I’m sorry that they location hasn’t a easy access for who’s on holidays (you guys should open one more store in Bodrum central area). I use to drive 30 minutes just for have a coffee there.

I've regularly visited other Nero locations in Boston and coffee quality is comparable. What is terrible about this location is the seating setup. Inside is a tiny box of a cafe', and if you open the door, you're inside a smoke shop! All of the cigarette smoke from the patio fills the cafe. The staff were not attentive when I complained that the smoke was making me very uncomfortable. I had to close the door twice on my own. Disappointing - hope the management here addresses customer concerns more effectively.

For sure the best coffee in town. It’s in the shopping mall but on the second building with great air-conditioning. I request you to drink coffee mocha!

This cafe allows customers to bring big dogs inside the cafe (which is fine), and when they bark really loudly and get upset, they don’t have to go outside. Management thinks it’s fine to have large, barking dogs inside the cafe. (Management, please end this policy.)
