Caffe De Luca

We came for breakfast, it was nice, but the menu seems to have a lot of variety, but when it came to the table, it was put in less than everything, but still nice waiters were sincere and smiling

Business and service was really bad. The waiter dropped my friend's phone on the ground, the screen broke, he didn't even look back. When he did, he said get well soon and didn't care. Souffle, guetamala coffee and banana cake we ordered were very mediocre. We changed tables, it took 5 seconds, they took the French press and left and it was half full of coffee. At first they claimed that there was no french press. When I asked, they put it back on the table as if they were bringing it back from the garbage.

I have been going to this cafe with my friends almost every day for about 5 months, and I used to bring my friends from other cities to this cafe from time to time. When we wanted to, we would order milkshakes, smoothies, coffee varieties, (and the drinks are not very good) cake varieties. In general, we were ordering tea when we sat down. But today, one of the waiters working there (the orange-haired waiter) came to us when we asked for tea and made a silly statement as if you just made a face and ordered something else, it would be better for you, after all, you are renting the place. Later, when the person, whom I think is authorized (around 50 years old), looked at what we ordered at the checkout stage, he saw that there were 2 teas available (before I came, 2 of my friends were sitting and they wanted tea, this happened to me while I was saying tea.) Then I was officially insulted. When I was voicing my complaint, he left without looking at me. There is not a lot of cafes on the same level in Eskişehir, if you don't want to be humiliated by paying money, you can go to other cafes other than this place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone from now on.
