The sign says 15 TL for the hookah, there is no tobacco left when it is included, they call 45 TL for hookah, the hookah comes in 20 minutes; no taste. Drinks arrive in 15 minutes. I am not satisfied. Limon cafe across the street is much better.

Super tent, nice lounge ? friendly staff, little hefty price for Turkey but still recommended because you get something in return ????

If you are an expatriate and you go to Cafe estanbul, go knowing that you will leave a kidney because they will do anything to rob you. Hygiene is already 0. Income, they say, “Do you want coffee on the table, do I make coffee in the sand?” You pay too much even though there is no coffee in the sand, you drink the same coffee. They say “Would you like a fruit snack plate” and “Yes” they make a cookie-fruit plate according to their heads and get 2 times more money from you. The price of the hookah outside is 15 lira to attract customers and there has never been a hookah there :) don't let those who love their mind and pocket go.

What happened to this bravest place of Kayseri? I'm sorry it's closed. It was the only hearted place of Kayseri, which did not close until 2 am. Hopefully it will open again.
