The waitress was very friendly and smiling. I thank him. But the order notes were never heeded. The drink I requested without ice came with heaps of ice. It could be from the bartender. I was not satisfied with the food either. The steak was incredibly salty, my mouth was swollen. Even though it was evening time, the place was quite quiet. 1-2 tables were occupied. The ambiance is very sweet and warm. It can be tried for tea, coffee and book pleasure.

Since beer prices are skyrocketing everywhere, we wanted to drink draft beer here because the price is affordable compared to other beers. After the beer came, I drank a couple of sips without paying any attention to the glass, but after a while I noticed yellow stains and pieces in the glass, and I explained the situation to my colleague. It was a really sickening sight, and the glasses were obviously not being washed well. Such problems happen in every business, I don't mind, but when I thought they would bring a new beer, they filled the same beer in another glass and brought it back. The glass they brought was not clean either. I did not make a sound so as not to leave the working people in a difficult situation, after all, most of them are students. I wish much more attention was paid to hygiene in a place where one bavarian (100cl) draft beer is sold for 60 liras. I love the place very much, but I believe that the employees are definitely lacking in customer satisfaction. I could have made this complaint there, but I did not want to argue with anyone because I was drinking alcohol and could not communicate very well.

The welcome was nice. Then we sat down and waited for 50 minutes for the menu to come, we told the menu to the staff, so it came, this time we waited 30 minutes for them to take their order, then we called again and forced our order. The products arrived and they were all mediocre, the meatballs were burnt and the flavor was zero, it should be called disgrace with your money. One of the places I will never visit again.

We knew the place next to the IBIS Hotel well, but when it closed, we did not go again. Finally, on this trip to Eskişehir, we had our dinner at Cassaba Modern branches. As in almost every place, the most beautiful sections were reserved for smokers and non-smokers in every corner. Unfortunately, in countries where non-smokers are punished; whereas in the modern west there are opposite practices and I'm sure Mr. Murat has observed this as well. You measure the culinary quality of a restaurant with the best schnitzel, and we ordered schnitzel. Before the meal, green olives and Tulum cheese were served. Our schnitzel sprinkled with mozzarella was flawless, with a golden hue, potato salad (no fries easy), butter, toast, and stuffed red peppers. We were also very pleased with the attention and interest of the waiters. Table separators were good. We paid 206 TL account for two people with drinks.
