Emlakçı ile görüşüp anlaşmış olmamıza rağmen anahtar teslimi için gittiğimden, benden haksız bir şekilde 15 günlük daha kira bedeli istediler. Emlakçı ile görüşmem telefonla olduğunu için kendisine güvenip konuşmamızı mesaja dökmemiştim. Başta bana evi boşalt sıkıntı yok dediler anahtar teslimine gittiğimde de 15 günlük kira bedeli istediler. Ellerinde senedim olduğu için mecbur ödemek zorunda kaldım. Siz kesinlikle güvenip de işinizi sağlama almadan bir işlem yapmayın. Yoksa fazla fazla kira bedelleri ödemek zorunda kalırsınız.
We vacated the house we rented from Byfil real estate before the contract expiry date, with the consent of the real estate agent and the landlord. Although we met and agreed with the real estate agent, they unfairly asked me for another 15 days of rent, since I went for turnkey delivery.
