We agreed on 14.500 liras for two four-door wardrobes from ByForm Furniture's Mobilium shopping mall and placed our order. Mr. Kemal, the sales consultant, stated that the cabinets are made of real wood and even logs in the store. Yes, the wardrobe displayed in the store was made of real wood. The cabinet that comes to the house is a poor quality thing that is made entirely of mdf, even its doors are crooked. Two employees came to the establishment, one was a very kind gentle gentleman, but the other was the complete opposite. When we realized that the cabinet was made of mdf, I said that it does not look like wood at all, and in response he said that we cannot have a product made of mdf with poor quality. When we insisted that this product is not wooden, he said that he lied a little while ago and said that the product was MDF and he was surprised that they took 14,500 liras from us for these two wardrobes. After a while, he disrespected the business and left without assembling the cabinet doors. As anyone who reads it will understand, we were scammed by Byform furniture. As a company, do you exhibit quality furniture in the store and send lousy products to the house? Is that your work ethic? Or is it your sales consultant, Mr. Kemal, not the company that defrauded us?
