★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were very helpful and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal. The hotel rooms are modern and clean. The decor in the lobby is very nice and it is an amazing place to chill and socialize with friends. If you are ever visiting Van there is no better place to stay than the Urartu Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the room was clear and comfortable, the hotel was a little bit old and there were some (minor) problems in the installments such as with the toilet flush. The breakfast was rich, but didn't like the quality. Overall, it could have been better, but it wasn't so expensive.
