★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatih Yavuz kardesler...otelin sahibi degil çalışanı gibiler...Bütün ekip samimi cana yakın toleranslı..evinizde gibisiniz..ozellikle kayak icin ideal...Dolmus ile 20 dk da kayak merkezine ulaşabiliyorsunuz..konum olarak çarşı ve kayseri kalesine cok yakın...macera aramayın boşuna Kayseri de burdan baska bi yerde kalmayın....
 Fatih Yavuz brothers...they are like employees of the hotel, not the owner...The whole team is friendly, approachable and tolerant..you feel like at home..especially ideal for skiing...you can reach the ski center in 20 minutes with the dolmus..the location is very close to the bazaar and kayseri castle. close... don't look for adventure in vain, don't stay anywhere but here in Kayseri....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerek resepsiyonda çalışanlar ve gerekse diğer çalışanlar son derece yardımcı. Gardan yürüyerek gelinebiliyor. Turistik bölgelere yakın. Oda temiz ancak yatak rahatsız. Sigara içilmeyen odada daha önceden maalesef sigara içilmiş. Burada belki duman dedektörü bir çözüm olabilir. Ses her tesiste olabileceği kadar saygısız misafirler yüzünden.
Both the front desk staff and the other staff are extremely helpful. The Gardan can be reached on foot. Close to tourist areas. The room is clean but the bed is uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the non-smoking room was previously smoked. Here maybe a smoke detector could be a solution. The sound is because of the disrespectful guests as it can be in any facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay! The room was clean and breakfast simple but delicious. The location is very strategically located downtown, plenty of restaurants nearby.
We came for a skiing trip and asked the people at the front desk for all the directions and they were very helpful.
