1 week ago on Tiny House Red Door, my boyfriend proposed to me. As soon as we walked in, my feet turned cold as if we were still outside. At first, we thought it was cold because they were ventilated because of those who stayed before us, but as the hours passed, we realized that this was not the case. In the evening we took a shower and the hot water went out. We informed them, they said they would take care of it. It took them half an hour to get interested. Later we learned that the water was heated by the "thermosiphon" and we had to wait a bit. We waited comfortably for 1 hour, however the water was not fully hot. Since we couldn't wait any longer then we rinsed out and it didn't even last 2 minutes, the water got cold again. Also, her bathroom was buzz... We communicated by message and their response was not satisfactory at all. It was like there was nothing we could do. In my opinion, the quality of service for the money they received was very poor. I don't recommend it to anyone.

It's a cozy and cute place. It provides a private feeling as it is surrounded by fences. The hot pool is very successful especially in winter. Room comfort and use is successful. In winter, heating is not very sufficient, although there is air conditioning, but it is managed. The breakfast is mediocre and inadequate.

I don't know if boutique houses Sapanca is a very bad business owner, but Mr. Yusuf, who has a very disrespectful speaking style, is a bad place. Before they left, they gave information about what they were looking for, and when we wanted to call and check, we were scolded. The inside of the house was cold, the heating is insufficient, the breakfast has nothing to do with the visual, they officially put the breakfast plate with the leftovers. Cats are not allowed in front of the houses, and no matter what we do, we couldn't sit outside because I have allergies. The houses are as they seem, but they are not clean inside and the sheets are dirty. Obviously a bad holiday.
