Friendly and helpful staff, but most of them don’t speak foreign languages (not even English). Rooms were clean and neat, but noisy on the road side. Some rooms were smoking ones. Food selection is not too wide in restaurant, but staff can manage orders from downtown for some extra charge.

This was such a great hotel. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and the room was so comfortable. The hotel has a wonderful view of Mount Ararat and there are some amazing sites in the area to visit. A lovely hotel in a beautiful part of Turkey. Thank you for letting me stay.

We did not expect to find such a clean and comfortable hotel in Dogubeyazit, since reviews we found on the internet regarding Dogubeyazit were not so brilliant. No doubt, a family hotel, where you feel the owner keeps his eye on everything. The breakfasts were hearty, pay special attention to the local cheeses with herbs. The staff is polite and responsive. The room was big enough as well as the bathroom. Hotel guests mostly tourist groups on their way to mount Ararat, interesting people, many of them semiprofessional climbers. No unpleasant experiences with drunken noisy neighbours or anything of the sort. Our special thanks to the owner of the hotel, who was very attentive and kind to us, as we were not usual type of tourists who come to these places. We came in search of family roots in this town and the owner even arranged meetings for us trying to help in our search. All in all - very positive impression

We only stayed one night but really enjoyed the hotel! The rooms are clean and warm (which is what we were looking for as it was - 14 outside at night) and the breakfast is nice (buffet style). But most of all: the staff is extremely friendly. Saleh at the reception speaks good English and is really helpful! Last but not least: we're travelling with our dog and there was no problem whatsoever to have him in the room with us ? All of this for a very affordable price!

The hotel is on the route between Van and Kars, and so close to Ishak Pasha Palace. The room was fairly large and clean, the breakfast was adequate and the staff was kind. Value for money.

Friendly staff offered us tea and helped us during our trip in Dogubayazit.

Clean and comfy Hotel, good base if you are hungry to summit Ararat. You can see the mountain from your window and the parking lot.

Wasn't very happy here overall. Staff are nice, breakfast is good. Room was very small with no A/C or fan though so it was cramped and hot. Should have been cheaper I paid 120l for a single.
