★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onlinee alışveriş yaptım. Ürün defolu geldi. Faturası bana kesiliyor. Değişim için 15 tl Kargo ücreti daha ödemem gerekiyormuş ayrıca ürün de stokta yokmuş vs. Yani aldığınız elinizde kalıyor. Almayın birşey alıp da bu tarz iş yapan insanlara para kazandırmayın.
I shopped online. The product is defective. The bill is being charged to me. I had to pay another 15 TL shipping fee for the change, and the product was not in stock, etc. So what you buy remains in your hand. Do not buy anything and do not make money for people who do this kind of work.

Yasal olarak iade almak zorundasınız dediğimde ise istediğiniz yere şikayet edebilirsiniz dediler ki ben öyle yaptım cimer aracılığıyla ticaret bakanlığına şikayet ettim. Daha önce bunlarla kimse uğraşmamış olabilir ama ben uğraşacağım. 60TL vermemek için işi inada bindirdiler.
When we wanted to return a product we bought on the same day, they replied that we do not receive a refund. When I said that you have to get a refund, they said that you can complain where you want. I did so, I complained to the ministry of trade through cimer. No one may have dealt with these before, but I will deal with it. They took the job to avoid paying 60TL.

0 out of 5 lousy boutique we ordered days ago I can't find a contact person so I can solve my problem I should never shop from such boutiques I write on watsup they read they say they will come back hours pass no reply I will never order anything again shame on you
