Bursa Iskender Kebap

We wanted to order two iskender. The friend who answered the phone probably didn't like the number of Alexander, or he was too lazy to serve takeout, or there was really no Alexander left. But whatever the answer is, as a customer, I do not accept any of them. If you're running a venue, you can't ignore a takeaway order. I definitely do not recommend it to anyone. I can't say anything about taste because I couldn't eat it. I felt like a customer who couldn't get on the same commercial in Istanbul. When it comes to customer satisfaction, taste always comes second to me.

Single Alexander: 40 TL. 1.5 Iskender: 50 TL. Dürüm Döner: 32 TL. 500 ml coke is 8.5 TL. I wrote it in the beginning so that it will look good. The prices are really high. There is no problem with the operators. You buy it and it spills out. Moreover, the wrap is directly wrapped in aluminum foil. In this way, it is harmful to health. The aluminum foil should not come into contact with the food product. Instead, if you put it in a wrap bag, it will be fine, we will not see and lose the spilled doner :) I deducted 1 star from the price. Will I go again because of the price? ? I won't go.

We went at 6:30pm dinner time. Our request to the operators is that they go to a tasting at the famous blue shop in Bursa and Alexandretta in Botanik Park, and within this scope, they should reevaluate their meat/butter/must/presentation/delicacies in their existing businesses. Iskender and must quality was really disappointing for us, for a place with world-class girlfriends, we were very sorry. We would never have made such a comment if Alexander had been made under a different name, but the same family should not have a branch that offers such substandard flavors, it harms the brand. I think excuses such as the meat was dry because it was late are not enough in a business of this level of origin. -The must is fermented too much, I can almost compare it to wine. We thought it was broken. It has very little sugar, when we asked why, they said that we like it like this, other places make it like sherbet, we don't add anything extra. - Pieces of meat that are hard to chew, such as muscle/fat, got stuck in our mouths and we had to take them out on a napkin, some parts of the meat were dry and some parts were burnt, unfortunately. -There was no butter presentation that made Alexander the Alexander. We think that our suggestion should come to the table with the presentation later, and it should be added in that way, that presentation both makes the appetite and the amount can be adjusted by the customers. We went to Bursa Iskender in Bolu. How many times did we go years ago? It was beautiful. But when we went now it was a complete disappointment. There was never any stale flavor or taste. And we ate Kemal Pasha dessert for dessert. They've never been able to do it. Please do not harm your brand on your own behalf. Tidy up I guess...
