My fourth order from the Etlik branch. We used to order on fetch before, now we order directly from the branch. The same taste every time, all of the products are very delicious, the breads are super, the elements are very gentleman. Delivery times do not exceed half an hour, my orders have always been warm, I thank my friends.

I ordered 2 hamburgers about 3 hours ago today. I pointed out that one of the orders I placed would be uncontaminated and wrote that this should not be forgotten in the explanation. My order, which took 30-40 minutes, arrived in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Both of the products were sent with onions. When I called the branch, they apologized and said we are sending the new one immediately. but when I called again after 1 hour, they said that my order was about to enter my office. 15 minutes later the courier called me and asked me to locate the location you had just released. I wanted my order to be canceled and my money back. In addition to the embarrassment of the gentleman who brought my money, the people in the branch constantly made a mistake, told a lie and I could not eat anything for 3 hours, which made me write this complaint.

I say since the day it opened but lately it broke well. My last order arrived in 1.5 hours and the burgers were ironically hot while the ice-cold coke was ironically hot, I don't mind what it is like to send coke that hasn't been seen in the fridge. The shop is closed without having to say to take your order as a bride. Obviously, the post of the end of the day was my fortune.

I was surprised when I heard that it is a Turkish brand. The space design is very nice. But if the name was Turkish, I said to myself. I don't understand why to put a foreign name. I came around 7.30 in the evening, the burger I waited for half an hour to be cooked came cold. Bread was also stale. Only fries were hot, no unlimited sauces. It was a visit that did not satisfy me at all.

I bought 2 menus with 100gr meat option, 74 liras from 37 each, believe me, it was not worth it. There was no unlimited sauce I asked for hot sauce, it wasn't there. They did not give a glass, when I saw that there was a drink in the receipt, I went and asked to be ashamed. What I liked was their bread. It was the best burger bun I've ever eaten. 37tl creates a satisfying menu and service expectation under Turkish and ankara conditions, but any place without counting the difference in bread.

I usually order as a takeaway, it comes very quickly and without any problems. If you specify the extra sauce, etc., in the note section, they add it and they do not cause any problems. There is also a fast service at the place. The hamburger buns are very fresh and delicious. Cajun menus are also very filling and delicious.
