★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir saat sipariş bekledim. Telefonla sipariş vermiş olmama rağmen adresimin alan dışı olduğu bilgisi verilmedi ve siparişim onaylandı. Bir saat sonunda tekrar aradım ve siparişimin iptal edildiğini öğrendim. Ne sipariş verirken nede sonrasında hiçbir bilgilendirme yapılmadı . Berbat bir hizmet süreci tebrikler ?
 I waited an hour for the order. Although I ordered by phone, I was not informed that my address is out of area and my order was confirmed. After an hour, I called again and found out that my order had been canceled. No information was given during or after ordering. Congratulations on a lousy service process ?

I GAVE 5 STARS TO KEEP THE COMMENT ABOVE. THEY DON'T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR.. MERAL Cashier has a very bad attitude towards customers. I left without placing my order for 10 people, it's officially disgraceful!!!

I had to go again because the meat was not fully cooked and they didn't put mayonnaise. Note: the staff have no fault, they just need to be directed

I think that it is not appropriate for the staff taking the order to behave in a hurry without listening to the customer's request and to ask for an extra fee to buy ketchup later.
