Geçen hafta eşimle gittik. Verdiğimiz siparişi 2 kez tekrarlamamıza rağmen yanlış sipariş verdi. Dışarısının pisliği düzensizliği ayrı bir konu.
Unfortunately, Burger King in Gumbet is very bad in terms of service order. I can understand that they are hiring seasonal staff, but it still does not suit such a corporate company. I went with my wife last week. Even though we repeated our order 2 times, he gave the wrong order. The mess outside is a separate issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Görebileceğiniz en berbat Burger King şubesi. Markayı da zedeliyorlar yazık. Siparişler 1 saat ve üzeri bir sürede gelmiyor. İptal ediyorsunuz, özür dileyen bile yok. Hadi işi beceremiyorlar burası tamam, ama bu kadar mağdur ettikleri müşteriden özür dilemekten bile uzak olmaları kabul edilemez bir durum.
Worst Burger King branch you'll ever see. It's a shame they're hurting the brand. Orders do not arrive in 1 hour or more. You cancel, no one even apologizes. Come on, they can't do the job, it's okay, but it is unacceptable that they are far from even apologizing to the customer they have hurt so much.

Oops, you have a terrible meal. I asked for a grill whopper, they were surprised neither could find it in the safe, neither the staff nor the people in the kitchen knew what to do. It was a bread. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's ok. Seems to take half a dozen staff members to sort out your order tho. Then they will try and hand 1 person 3 half empty trays. Other than the lack of common sense or any sense of warmth towards the customer, it's pretty much what you would expect from a burger King. Let's be honest, you don't go there for silver service.
