★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben böyle bi rezalet görmedim, 2.5 saatte geldi siparişim tıkla gelsin kadar rezil bir uygulamada olamaz siparişi iptal ettircem telefonu açan yok, sipariş durumu için arıyorum açan yok, canlı desteğe giriyorum cevap 35 dk sonra geliyor. Aman aman birdaha buradan ne bir sipariş, nede tıkla gelsin uygulaması. Uzak olsunlar rezil ettiler günümüzü. Ayrıca şunuda belirtiyim getiren Kurye arkadaş oldukça mahçup bir şekilde özür dilesede bu sorun senlik birşey değil kardeşim sana ayrıyeten iyi çalışmalar dilerim.

The staff is very irrelevant, they are literally running away to not be interested. I guess they don't need customers related to saturation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keçiören ftz AVM deki burger king gerçekten berbat. Sipariş için 15 dakika bekledim. Çalışanlara 3 kez sordum sipariş verebilir miyim diye. 3 kez yüzüme aval aval baktılar. Cevap yok. El kol işaretleri yapıyorlar anlaşamıyoruz. 15 dakika sonra sipariş verememiş bir şekilde ayrıldım yandaki restorana geçtim. Çalışan sayısız yetersiz çalışanlar mutsuz ve isteksiz. Önü tıklım tıklım ama benimle beraber 3 4 kişi daha vazgeçti ve döndük. Ekip sayesinde yan taraftan ev yemeği yedik. Sağlıklı beslenmiş olduk. Teşekkürler burger king.
Burger king in Keçiören ftz AVM is really awful. I waited 15 minutes for the order. I asked the employees 3 times if I could place an order. They gawked at me 3 times. No answer. They're making hand gestures, we can't get along. After 15 minutes, I left without ordering and went to the restaurant next door. Countless underemployed employees are unhappy and unwilling. The front was packed, but 3 4 more people gave up with me and we returned. Thanks to the team, we had a home-cooked meal next door. We have been eating healthy. Thank you burger king.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Her zaman siparişimde eksik oluyor ve son kere 2 tane burger ve 2 tane patates eksikti restoranla 3 kere konuştum ya eksik ürünleri gönderdikleri ya da siparişim yolda olduğu söylediler, sonunda eksik ürünler hiç gelmedi, bir daha asla buradan yemek alamam.
It is always missing from my order and the last time 2 burgers and 2 fries were missing, I talked to the restaurant 3 times, they said they either sent the missing items or my order was on the way, in the end the missing items never came, I will never buy food from here again.

Personel hiç güler yüzlü değil maalesef bence çalışma şartlarının zorluğundan kaynaklı.. Lezzetlere gelecek olursak klasik burger king, ateş bizi çağırınca gidiyoruz mecburen ?
The branch in Keçiören ftz is very crowded and busy on the weekends, so the waiting times are longer, there can be confusion, it is calmer during the week.. The staff is not friendly at all, unfortunately, I think it is because of the difficulty of the working conditions.. As for the tastes, it's classic burger king, we have to go when the fire calls us ?
