★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis aşırı yavaş, bir dondurma için 15-20 dakika bekletiyorlar ve siz orada beklerken siparişinizi almak için gelen bile olmuyor. Genellikle çok kalabalık oluyor, servis yavaşlığında onun da etkisi olabilir. Oturma sıkıntısı da olabiliyor yoğun saatlerde. En büyük sorunları müşterileri bekletmeleri. Tavsiye etmem.
The service is extremely slow, they make you wait 15-20 minutes for an ice cream, and while you're waiting there, no one even comes to take your order. It is usually very crowded, which may have an effect on the slowness of service. Seating can be a problem during peak hours. Their biggest problem is keeping customers waiting. I do not recommend.

I don't understand why one of the classic Burger King branches located on the dining floor of Kulete, the classic Hamburger is more affordable in other fastfoods, while the high price is here.

Yemeği geri iade ettim.

Don't come at meal time...
Carbonated drinks are both warm and have no acid/gas… What is the machine malfunctioning… Tell me or turn it off!
He would go crazy if he heard Coca-Cola...
I returned the food.
Even 1 star is too much.

Where I am on January 8, 2022 , even if there is a possible situation for orders to be mixed up , care must be taken , missing ingredients are put in and I can really say that the hamburger I ate that day was the worst of the hamburgers I ate that day.

In the food shopping we made on December 4, 2021, they gave us a medium size drink and charged us an extra fee on the grounds that there were no small Coke glasses, although this was not our problem.

Görevli de bunun içinde çilek şurubu var görünüşü beyaz sadece dedi. Aldım içtim fotoğrafta görüldüğü gibi milkshake değil bardağa dondurma doldurmuşlar ve çilekli de değil. Sonuç olarak çilekli milkshake isterken bardakta vanilyalı dondurma satın aldım. Rezalet.
I wanted a strawberry milkshake. When I was filling it, I said that it was white, I must have added vanilla by mistake, and I said I wanted strawberry. The attendant said that it has strawberry syrup in it, it just looks white. I bought and drank it, not a milkshake as seen in the photo, they filled the glass with ice cream and it's not strawberry either. As a result, I bought a vanilla ice cream in a glass while I wanted a strawberry milkshake. Disgrace.
