I can say that this building belonging to Satı İnşaat, which was started to be built in 2015 and completed at the end of 2017, is one of the top 3 most prestigious buildings in Kocaeli.
It is waiting for new users with offices for sale and rent.

This hotel location موقع distinctive close to the area of tourists, malls, sea and markets .. By several shops and contains cafes, restaurants, sessions, views and corridors and has excellent services and a variety of good products and offers discounts .. You did not serve well with beautiful walls and splendid chandeliers, staff do not bother to give an uninterested bored answer, almost after this experience I will never stay in such a place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesn't deserve to be referred to as residence. Air conditioning doesnot work, hot dusty weather started and management says we need to wait until june for the cooling system to be active. We are staying here for business and paying an exaggerated electricity bill but air conditioner is shutdown by management.. very uncomfortable to stay here. Management not cooperative.
