★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing view and hotel for a group. We were a group of 45. Everything was good. Breakfast and dinner good. Reception had problem speaking English. That's only drawback. But they charge reasonable for their drinks. Water in room NOT complimentary. Beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleanning isnt good every day I found hair at the tub.
The personnel are rough at the dinning hall, I mean u can communicate with signals but they give some bad attention. That made meals soooo bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place but little bit disappointed food is not good 6/10 I tried the food in different timings but not good and the hotel is far away from every thing if u need a cup of coffee then u hire a taxi and give 40 TL to taxi and then u take the 20 TL coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outside is a temperature of -10 C. They knew we were coming but didn’t turn the heat on. We were literally frizing and sleep with the jacket on. Meanwhile, they call the hotel a 4 stars one. We turned on the AC but it’s not working. We also waited 10 min for the water to get warm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is very nice, rooms are a bit smaller than excpected for a 3 person reservation. The Service was nice, but they could improve the service at the restaurant as at picked hours the amount of waiters isn't enough. The restaurant is Buffet with OK food but always cold.
Quiz Tip for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner I recommend to go early as it gets really crowded as I mention before.
