On 01.12.2021, my father prescribed ibucold 200mg flu medicine from his family doctor. He went to Burçin Pharmacy and gave his prescription, but he was given an equivalent medicine called Apirex without any information. When my father sent me the photo of the medicines, I called the pharmacy. I was told that the doctor had written Apirex. When I checked his prescription from E-pulse, I saw that it was written Ibucold 200mg. The problem here is not that we have been given an equivalent drug, it is what we always encounter and do. The main thing that upsets us is that when giving the medicine to my father, we were not informed about the equivalent, even though I called and asked, despite the fact that I had the prescription checked, it was persistently said that Apirex was written and people were put in a pure place and professional ethics were not followed. I'm attaching the prescription and the medications given.
