★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir zamanlar Tokat'ta burçak pastanesinden bir pasta aldım dendiğinde kişinin pasta aldığı kişiyi ne kadar değer verdiğini gorurdunuz. Çünkü çok kaliteli ürünleri vardı. Ama maalesef son zamanlarda özellikle son 3 yıldır, pandemiden dolayı mı yoksa pastacı şeften ötürü mü bilmiyorum, eski tadı bulamıyorum. Bir orijinallik bulamıyorum. Lakin şuan için olmasa bile cafeler açık olduğu zaman burçak pastanesinin cafesi hala Tokat'ta bulabileceğiniz nesih mekanlardan bir tanesidir.

Hayatım boyunca yarım domates, 1 biber, 1 salatalık ve göründüğü kadar yeşil zeytin ile 2 çay a 45 TL ödememiştim. Hong hong daha ucuz diyebilirim.
