The service person was very interested and you can control the cleanliness and order of the working environment as the oven is in your direct view. I suggest you try the Lahmacun. I think I broke the score from the heat. It was sweating even sitting inside.

Bafrada pitas are delicious, and the lahmacun is amazing. I have never eaten such a good one in another place. The raw ground beef pita is much, much better.
