Customer service can't fix the problems, they are just put in for polite conversation, they can't do anything per phone. You have to wait 10 minutes or 16 minutes to connect to the customer representative. If you can get results, it's okay, but .talk and talk is at hand.

Faturalara ret yazıp hiç açıklama bile yapmıyorlar. Bir lira bile olsa sakın bupa acıbadem sigortayı almayın.
Wait, don't buy it. Don't waste your money. They never have deals with anyone. The ones they said to have took a lot of money. They did not refund. There is no such thing as communication. There is no search request pattern. They write rejections on the invoices and don't even give any explanation. Do not buy bupa bitter almond insurance, even for a lira.
