Historical place is not a place to visit

Illumination of the private room is provided by two square-shaped light eyes that open onto the back of the vault. There is no basin in front of one mirror stone inside this space. The original house of the bath has not survived. There is a chimney in the 2.30 x 1.10 m arched room opening to the middle of the northern facade of the bath. This chimney contracts from the bottom up. The wall between Külhan and the water tank was destroyed during the removal of the boiler in the water tank. Covering the façade between Külhan and the temperature, the water tank is covered with a barrel vault in the east-west direction. The inside of the water tank is plastered with a special plaster in order to provide waterproofing down to the lower level of the opening that provides contact with the temperature section. In the middle of the water tank, the special section where the boiler is placed is lower than the side sections. Holes at the bottom of the floor where the boiler sits, smoke and heat from the fuel used to heat the water are reached to hellishness and rifles. The water used in the bath was brought by water pipes from the natural water source located approximately 5.00 m north. The control of the water brought to the bath was provided by the hail war placed in the east corner of the north facade. There are two holes on the east and south sides of this war. The south of these channels is for the supply of water used in the bath. If there is not enough water in the water tank, the water channel is opened. If the water is sufficient, this channel is closed and excess water is poured into the garden next to it by the channel in the east. The water coming from the hail war reaches to the tank through the 0.08 m thick pipes located in the eastern front of the warehouse. The amount of water in the water tank was controlled by the measuring battle placed on the floor of the opening connecting the water tank with the temperature. There is no ornamental element in the bath. The Bünyan Old Bath, which was built as a single bath, is a small provincial bath, without plan and single halvet cell, as a plan. The bath, whose dressing room and furnace section is completely destroyed, preserves its original plan. The wall balances of the demolished locker room have partially survived. In addition, according to the information given by the owner of the bath, the restitution plan of this section was drawn. It is understood from the balances and the information provided by the owner that the dressing part is covered with a flat drop of wood poles. The most important feature that distinguishes Bünyan Old Bath from other baths in Kayseri is that it has carried the foals in small architecture to the present day. These details are small niches for putting candles or kindling on the mirror stones at temperature, and filled and measuring sluices that provide water distribution and control. In the researches carried out in the Bünyan Land Registry Directorate, it was understood that the bathhouse was transferred to Halil Girgin by inheritance. Halil Girgin, who owns and operates the bath until 1950, says that his grandfather was built. Almost all of the small provincial baths built in Kayseri and its surroundings are the flat soil roofs carried by wooden poles. Considering that the dressing area of ​​the Bünyan Old Bath is covered with flat earth drips carried by wooden poles and the information given by the owner, this bath is probably XIX. Although the date of the bath, which is owned by individuals, is not known, it is estimated that it was built in the 19th century. The bath, which is in a dilapidated state, is waiting to be restored.
