There is no baklava shop left in Antep, which finishes all the desserts in the evening and sells it fresh in the morning, every baklava I buy until noon on the way out of the city is a hangover.
Their craftsmanship is already excellent, I would like more establishments like this.

I've been living in Antep for a year and a half and I've been to almost many places and tried, I've never seen a place that is so respectful to its customers in Antep. They are kind and it makes people happy. Baklavas are much tastier and more convenient than traditional baklavas. Hope it continues like this
