★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ürünü belirtildiği gibi ön yıkamalı olarak yıkadım ve içteki bordo renk akmış ve ürünü pembeye boyamış. Bunun üzerine buldans la iletişime geçtiğimde ürünü iade alacaklarını söylediler. Ürünü Trendyol üzerinden gönderdim ve iade kabul edilmedi diye belirttiler aradım konuştum 500 liralık ürünün iadesini kabul etmiyorlar parama yazık! Hakkımı helal etmiyorum! İlk defa alışveriş yaptığım firmanın müşteri memnuniyetini önemsememesi ve ürününün arkasinda durmaması yüzünden şikayetçiyim asla ama asla buldans markasını önermiyorum paranıza yazık! Ürünlerinin arkasında durmayan firma kesinlikle uzak durun! 1 yildizi bile hak etmiyor. tek kelimeyle Rezalet!!!
I washed the product with prewash as stated and the burgundy color inside has run off and dyed the product pink. So when I contacted buldans they said they would take the product back. I sent the product through Trendyol and they said that the return is not accepted, I called and talked to them. They do not accept the return of the 500 lira product, a waste of my money! I'm not justifying myself! For the first time, I am complaining that the company I shopped for does not care about customer satisfaction and does not stand behind its product, but I never recommend the Buldans brand, it's a waste of your money! Stay away from a company that doesn't stand behind their products! Doesn't even deserve 1 star. In one word Disgrace!!!
