 Budget is the first place to look for car rental with its affordable prices, new clean interior and exterior vehicles. The attitude of the employees in the Bursa office is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. I booked a car one month before my arrival and when I got there they told me the car is not available and they gave me instead a smaller (dirty) car. When I returned the car they insisted to charge me for my original vehicle which I have not gotten from them. And they were bouncing me from one person to another to avoid the argument. So I stayed in the place until they got fed up with me and resolved the matter.
