Professional car rental company

They do not speak English and just hang up on me. Way to go.

NEVER AGAIN ! I arrived in Terminal 2, the rental desk was closed I phoned Budget, they told me to walk outside to taxi parking. After 30 minutes waiting a employee from Budget picked us up and dropped us on parking lot terminal 1. I had to go inside but the entrance was forbidden to go inside the building. After searching I found other entrance and filled in paperwork at rental desk. I had to go outside to parking lot to pick up the car. I had to wait to sign a other paper but no employee there. After a other 15 minutes waiting I took the car and drove away without signing anything...The complete time to pick up the car was more than 1,5 hour. Very frustrating experience.

The worst service I have ever seen. "The system" cancelled our online booking (of course because that way was cheaper), the office manager is a useless and uncapable poor human being, not able to solve any problem. They charged me anyway and after a week since the problem no response for my refund. Do not book with them please.

We love our car, a Peugeot, full of six. We drove it from Ankara to Antakya. It’s been a great experience. The car is amazing, and the staff was very helpful.

Great rates and good customer service. A 4 star instead of 5 because you have to walk all the way to the other end of the airport to get your paperwork done and then walk all the way back to get your car. This could be a stretch after a long haul internal flight and can easily be resolved if the office is moved to the parking lot where the cars are kept.
