★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne ürünü zamanında teslim ettiler ne de vaadrttikleri renkleri değiştirebilirsin sözleri yerinde durdular zaten gelen ürünlerin her yeri çizik o kadar aramanıza rağmen 2 ay sonra değişim için geldiler bir ürünü değiştirip gittiler oysa ki bir çok ürün de çizik vardı
 They did not deliver the product on time, nor could you change the colors they promised.

Aradan günler geçti koltuk geldi, değişim olmamıştı, aynı urun tamir edilmeye çalışılmış anlayacağız müşteri kaldırılmaya çalışılmış. Sorun çözülmemiş çözülür gibi yapılmış. Berjer koltukların birinin süngeri sert birisi yumuşak işçilik rezalet şimdiden birinden gacir gucur ses geliyor. Sonuçta pes diyorsunuz. Çalışanlar ilgili görünmeye çalışıyorlar. Ama sonuç yok. Eski kaliteden eser yok. Bir daha kesinlikle kapısından dahi geçmeyiz. Sonuç olarak ödediğiniz paranın karşılığını kesinlikle almıyorsunuz. Eksi puan veriyorum.
We bought a seating group, one of the triple seats was defective, we returned it willingly for its replacement. Days passed, the seat came, there was no change, the same product was tried to be repaired, we will understand, the customer was tried to be removed. The problem is not solved, it is made like solved. The sponge of one of the armchairs is hard, someone soft workmanship is disgrace, and there is already a strong voice from someone. After all, you say give up. Employees try to seem interested. But there is no result. There is no trace of old quality. We will never even go through its door again. As a result, you are not getting what you pay for. I give a negative score.

I also wish I could give a minus score. We have had the same experience - undelivered goods, promises, lies, delays etc. We have now also threatened legal action in order to try and get our money back. Have read similar reviews on several other forums too, and am amazed this company is still trading. Would advise anybody thinking of using this store to think again.
