Covit-19 tedbirleri çok iyi uygulanıyor, bu uygulamaların tüm ptt şubelerinde olduğunu umuyorum.
 Access is controlled, only a few customers are allowed inside, security guards are very polite and direct.
Covit-19 measures are being implemented very well, I hope these applications are in all PTT branches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16 Kasım’da yola çıkan kargom 18 inde şubeye vardı. Bugün 20 Kasım fakat ne gelen var ne giden. üstelik bozulacak bir gıda ve çok ihmalkar davranıyorlar.Ne de şube de telefonunu açan var. Çok kötü , memnuniyet sıfır.
My cargo, which set out on November 16, arrived at 18 branches. Today is November 20, but there is no coming or going. Moreover, they are spoiled food and they are very negligent. Neither the branch has opened their phone. Too bad, satisfaction is zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İlk defa Google'dan yorum yapıyorum. Böyle kötü çalışan bir şube görmedim ben. Kargo bu şubeye geldikten sonra 1 hafta kalıyor resmen. Hadi tamam virüs var anlayış gösterdik fakat kargo buradan çıkınca takır takır ertesi gün geliyor demek ki sorun sadece bu PTT şubesinde. Karadelik gibi bir şube giren çıkamıyor, çalışanlar sorumsuz, telefonlara cevap verilmiyor. Yaptığınız işin, aldığınız paranın hakkını verin bari.
It is the first time I comment from Google. I have not seen such a badly functioning branch. After the cargo arrives at this branch, it remains 1 week. Come on, we have the understanding that there is a virus, but when the cargo leaves here, it comes the next day, so the problem is only in this PTT branch. A branch like black hole can not come out, employees are irresponsible, phones are not answered. Give the right to the work you do, the money you get.

İletişim numaralarımız neden yazılıyor o kargo paketlerine? Size işim düşmemesi için çabalıyorum ancak bir şekilde mecbur kalıyorum. Aldığınız kargo ücretini hiç haketmiyorsunuz. Alışmışsınız ücretini ödediğimiz kargoları bizzat gelip aldırtmaya.
I'm surprised you still resort to lies like "not at the address" and "newspaper left". Why is it so hard to do your job properly and honestly? Why are our contact numbers written on those cargo packages? I'm trying not to fall for you, but somehow I have to. You don't deserve the shipping fee you get. You are accustomed to personally come and pick up the cargo we have paid for.

Tasiyiciyi surekli sikayet kaydi olusturuyorum hic degisen birsey olmuyor yine ayni seyi yapiyor.İşinizi yapmak istemiyorsanız yapmayın istifa edin. Ya da ptt artık çalışanlarını bir düzene soksun. Kimse kargosunun arkasından bu kadar koşturmak istemiyor çünkü.
Disgraceful branch phones don't answer, the carrier doesn't deliver my cargo for 3 days because you weren't at the address, the solution center knows nothing but saying we can't do anything. I constantly create a complaint record for the carrier, nothing changes, it still does the same thing. If you don't want to do your job, don't do it, resign. Or PTT should put its employees in order. Because nobody wants to run after their cargo that much.
