Actually, I couldn't give any points for this place. The bus driver stopped here. Citizens on the bus wanted to use the toilets in the oil to get fuel. While the toilets should be free, the citizens in the oil were said to be paid, many citizens got on the bus without using the WCs. It was a sad day.
