The staff is concerned and friendly. There is a small patisserie and market inside. LPG price is considered reasonable.

For credit card campaigns, they usually go through another post, even though I told them to go through the POS of the relevant card. Therefore, purchases are not counted towards the campaign. I will never go to bp again alive

Isparta da gaz almak için uğradım. Pompacı arkadaş plakanın son rakamlarını hatalı girmiş. BP clup e yakıtı işletmek istediğimde hata ortaya çıktı. Kasadaki görevli bayan hatayı düzeltmek ve bir özür yerine hatalı plakalı fişi elime tutusturup ,"benim yapabileceğim hiçbir şey yok, mesele benim hatam değil, müşteri hizmetlerinden duzelttirin, " dedi. Ben de yapabileceğin tek şey bu fişi çöpe atmak dedim ve fişi kendisine verdim. Hatalar kuruma aittir,kişiler e değil. Bir Güleryüz, bir özür bile birçok şeyi değiştirir.
I always go to BP because of the quality.
I stopped by to buy gas in Isparta. The pump guy entered the last digits of the plate incorrectly. Error occured when I wanted to run BP club e fuel. Instead of correcting the mistake and giving an apology, the lady at the cashier handed me the slip with the wrong license plate and said, "There's nothing I can do, it's not my fault, get it fixed by customer service." So I said the only thing you can do is throw this receipt in the trash and I gave it to him. Errors belong to the institution, not individuals. A smile, even an apology changes many things.
