★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kapıdaki personel çok kibardı. Onun dışında odalar eski. Eski olmasından dolayı banyoda kötü bir koku vardı. Yatak örtüleri temizdi. 1 el havlusu vardı 4 kişi için eksikti. Kahvaltı çok yetersiz ve basitti. Çok minimal bir kahvaltı denebilir. 1 gecelik kalınabilecek bir yer için normaldi.
 The staff at the door was very polite. Other than that, the rooms are old. There was a bad smell in the bathroom because it was old. Bed sheets were clean. There was 1 hand towel which was missing for 4 people. Breakfast was very meager and simple. It can be called a very minimal breakfast. It was normal for a place to stay for 1 night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir çok öğretmenevinde kaldık. Bu en pisiydi. Odadaki halılar falan en az 1 aydır süpürülmemiş. Odanın içi, yataklar banyo temizliği fena değildi. Merdivenler vs de hiç temizlenmediği belli. Ya haftada bir kafına sildirseler yine temizlenir. Tamamen te el noktalar temizlenmiş. Güzel de bir tesis aslında.
We stayed in many teacher's homes. This was the worst. The carpets in the room have not been swept for at least 1 month. The cleanliness of the room, the beds, the bathroom was not bad. It is obvious that the stairs etc have never been cleaned. What if they wipe their head once a week, it will be cleaned again. Completely cleared all hand spots. It's actually a nice facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle kış günü için oldukça sıcak odaları var. Güneş aldığı için çok da ferah oluyor odanın içi. Kahvaltısı gayet güzeldi. Resepsiyondaki beyefendiler de oldukça kibar ve anlayışlıydı.
First of all, they have very warm rooms for the winter day. The room is very spacious as it gets the sun. The breakfast was fine. The gentlemen at the reception were also very kind and understanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiyatına göre gayet güzel ancak 5 yıldızlı otel kalitesinde değil tabii ki. Otopark mevcut. Eskişehir Bursa çevre yoluna 2 dk. Yalnız sabah hiç çalmadan pat diye kapımızı açmaya çalıştılar neymiş çıkış saati 11 miş. Kapı kilitli olmasaydı dalacakti demekki.

Standart kahvaltısı var. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Temizlik orta denilebilir. Temizlik hastalığınız varsa tekrar düşünmek gerekebilir.
