★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personel yaşanılan sorunlara karşı duyarsız çözümsüz. Asansöre tekerlekli sandalye sığmıyor. Oda banyo tuvalet kapılarından tekerlekli sandalye geçmiyor. Sıcak su yok soğuk su ile duş almak zorunda kaldık
The staff is insensitive to the problems experienced. The wheelchair does not fit the elevator. The bathroom in the room does not pass the wheelchair from the toilet doors. We had to take a shower with no cold water
